So for Valentine’s day next week I was thinking of going to the local Pizza Hut, but ask for something other than the usual. If I ordered a delivery of a pizza to my boyfriend’s place, would the delivery man possibly agree to deliver a present along with it? This would be something very small, so size isn’t a problem.

I was just wondering whether the idea was realistic, or whether it was against the company’s guidelines to deliver other objects? Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

I mean, with all the new menu options, have you ever NOT ordered a pizza from a traditional Pizza delivery outlet (Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Papa Johns, etc…) but just ordered a non-pizza item?

Hi what is the proper tip to the Pizza delivery guy? When I go out to eat at a restaurant, I usually tip 20% or 15% to the server. As for the Pizza delivery guy, how much should I tip to the Pizza delivery guy if he takes 35-40 minutes? Thank you.

Instead of going up to your door, should they just park outside and honk for you to come out and get it? That’s what I would do if I were a pizza delivery guy. Well okay, not really.

Servers in restaurants take orders, fill drinks, bring food, bring dessert, take care of your needs (if they want 20%) for the course of your meal. A pizza delivery person just brings it to you. Yet, people are saying a 20% tip is “normal”. I’d like to know why.

This place is near a college town although it is further away in comparison to other pizza places. It is also a restaurant. I get good gas mileage and this pizza shop is in a rich area. In general is it profitable to be a pizza delivery boy?

If so how much? In case you didn’t know for the last couple of years delivery cost extra, due to gas prices. Now gas prices have gone down, but pizza delivery still charges extra. On the average $2.00 extra per pizza.

My dad and I once waited 3-4 hours for a pizza delivery.
