i live in chicago, illinois and where Northwestern University campus is located (in Evanston township) there is a nearby buffalo wings joint where all the college kids love to dine at (as well as any other loyal customers are welcome to dine). the place is called Buffalo Joe’s and there is another one of these on Howard Avenue but not as famous as the one in Evanston. the workers there are friendly, always plenty of customers, and a fun poster with a list of peppers around the world rated from least spicy to most spiciest of all (the Asian Ghost Chili pepper) on the Scoville scale. there is also a separate wall with all the memoribilia (photos, newspaper articles, signed autographs by celebrities who ate there including John & Joan Cusack, and Michael Jordan). they also serve other great foods like baked potato, chili soup, fresh celery stix, and their french-fries are “waffle” style which you can dip in ranch sauce. they only serve Royal Cola brand cola! What other places are like it?

Or any type of real deep dish pizza, i live in down town santa cruz, willing to drive up to 25 miles if need be, i need my pizza! ha
My local stores do not carry any to my knowledge, hence the reason why i asked

I’ve always only made wings in the oven or deep fryer. Today we’d like to make them in the oven and transfer them onto the BBQ to grill them a little bit.

How do I go about doing that? Do I bake them until they’re done and then put them on the BBQ for a few minutes? Or do I bake them half way and put them on the BBQ.

I’m new to the whole BBQ stuff so I’m unsure how long to keep them on there for and what heat temp to have them on.

Any tips would be great, thanks in advance!

Per slice. I was thinking it couldn’t be that horrendous, because the bread part and crust was a lot thinner than most pizzas, and it didn’t have that much cheese on it.

I’m trying to add lean mass and burn fat. I am doing P90X but I’m having some pretty severe chicken wing cravings. What if I remove all the skin and eat them with the hottest hot sauce I can find?
